**The position**: By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
- Support and assist managers in following up on the psychosocial working environment.
- Carry out detailed mapping and assessment of psychosocial risk when needed.
- Assist risk owners controlling and managing psychosocial risks, such as;
- Overall psychosocial risk mapping.
- Psychosocial risks in change.
- Conflict management.
- Workload and stress.
- Deliver on continuous internal HWE improvement work and standardization of services.
