Fraser Health Authority (FHA) and the Mental Health & Substance Use Program are seeking a psychiatrist to provide inpatient and community psychiatry services across Chilliwack General Hospital and the communities of Chilliwack, Agassiz, and Hope. The role focuses on adult psychiatry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care to general psychiatric patients as part of multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform assessments, develop treatment plans, provide consultations, and coordinate family meetings.
• Participate in case conferences, facilitate discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff.
• Support continuity of care by fostering positive relationships with all patient‑care stakeholders.
• Take part in ECT services and participate in on‑call rotations.
