Provider Operations & Onboarding Coordinator

Medcare Telehealth in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Provider Management Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day coordination of U.S. Nurse Practitioners. This role is in-office and full‑time, with evening hours.

You will screen applicants, verify qualifications, coordinate employment documentation, and train providers on portals, EHR systems, and workflows, conducting weekly sessions and acting as the primary point of contact.
