We’re recruiting for a Prototype Wire Person in the Blandford area to join a busy engineering team building high-spec assemblies to aerospace and defence standards. This is hands-on, precision work where your experience as a Prototype Wire Person genuinely matters.

As a Prototype Wire Person, you’ll be trusted with complex prototype builds, working closely with in-house engineers to turn drawings into high-quality, functional assemblies. No batch-line repetition here — this Prototype Wire Person role is varied, technical, and requires someone who understands what “right first time” really means.

Main Responsibilities:

Production of wiring looms and cable assemblies
Crimping, soldering, lacing and splicing to aerospace standards
Wiring of cabinets and fixtures
