Role Description & Responsibilities
- The purpose of Protégé Program is to support Training portfolio by providing administrative and operational duties related to Training function and HRDC portal
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, to produce documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and training databases.
- Explore and leverage knowledge with Internal system such as ARIBA, PO, HRDC Portal, FUSE, Digital on Demand and Pfizer Learning Academy
- Liaising with internal stakeholder in other departments and with external contacts.
- Assist Training Manager in training coordination and administration.
- Prepare learning material and uploading material on HRDC Portal
- Administer and ensure training documentation efficiency
