Position: Senior SAP HCM Consultant (French Payroll) – Location: Spain

Role

• Provide application support consulting through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
• Manage complex tickets, project and change requests.
• Generate easy‑to‑maintain, bug‑free code and customizations that respect Strada best practices.
• Operate required system tests using provided or self‑generated test data to ensure applications meet agreed specifications.
• Provide technical and functional documentation on issues handled.
• Manage personal daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Regularly report status and progress to the AMO Team Manager.
• Maintain internal and external contacts and communication channels at an appropriate level.
• Communicate status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
• Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.
