Proposal Specialist

The Proposal Specialist is responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality, competitive proposals in response to RFPs/RFQs. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding combined with a passion for sales, ensuring that our proposals not only meet customer requirements but also contribute to closing deals.

What you will be doing?

• Review RFP/RFQ documents: Thoroughly analyze requirements to create both technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accurate cost allocation, adherence to Survalent’s standards, and competitive positioning within agreed timelines.
• Proposal Preparation: Develop error-free, technically accurate, and well-structured proposals that clearly articulate the scope of work, methodology, project approach, and implementation services.
