& Requirements Who we are looking for The Proposal & Pursuit Lead is a key member of the Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCoE), part of the broader Sales Excellence function. This role provides strategic and operational support to Proposal Teams on Consulting’s largest and most critical sales pursuits, working closely with the PCoE Leader.🟢Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in sales pursuit and proposal development (highly preferred).

Consulting client service background and pursuit management experience preferred.

Proven ability to collaborate and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels.

Understanding of Consulting services and offerings.

Strong project management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Effective conflict management and ability to work well under pressure.

Proactive, self-starter with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.<...
