:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Proposal Manager to join our team! In this role you'll champion the development and delivery of major proposals for projects within the critical infrastructure market across Canada. This is a 12 month Contract opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leads and manages teams through the development of moderate to complex proposals to craft compliant, responsive, and compelling deliverables that solve customers’ problems and differentiate Parsons from the competition
Performs detailed analysis of solicitation documents to assess requirements; builds compliance matrices, schedules, and annotated outlines
Manages, interacts, and collaborates with capture teams to guide proposal development; subject matter experts (SMEs) to convey our winning narrative; and graphics and desktop publishing teams to develop tailored templates
