Proposal Manager

We are seeking an experience Proposal Manager to join our Dubai based client within the Civil Engineering Industry.

• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience
• Proposal management or bid management
• Tendering processes, particularly within the UAE/GCC market
• Experience in the Architecture / Engineering industry or Consulting or project-based environments

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proposal tools (e.g., InDesign)
• Knowledge of branding and presentation standards
