Proposal Engineer

To manage and coordinate the proposal processes by preparing competitive and compliant bids, identifying and developing new business opportunities, sourcing technical and commercial requirements, evaluating client needs and tenders, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring cost-effective solutions that align with project specifications, timelines, and organizational growth objectives within the engineering Design consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Proposal & Tender Management: Manage the full proposal and tendering process, including reviewing RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs, coordinating submissions, and ensuring timely delivery of compliant and competitive proposals.
