Property Supervisor (#2026-NON-CHS-197)

Our Community and Human Services Department has an opening for a permanent Full -time Property Supervisor . This is a non-unionized position reporting to the Housing Services Manager. This position is responsible to ensure the effective supervision and lease administration of senior and family rent-geared-to-income housing units.

DUTIES:

Program Delivery & Reporting:

• Manage all aspects of property leasing including tenant complaints and concerns.
• Conduct move-in inspection with each new tenant.
• Conduct unit inspections at least once each year to ensure compliance with the lease and the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006.
• Verify unit condition and account summary upon move-out.
• Prepare for and attend the Landlord and Tenant board to present the case to the Adjudicator to expedite enforceable conditions or termination of the tenancy.
