Your new role

The Property Services Analyst is responsible for the financial oversight, analysis, and administration of property operational expenditure, with a primary focus on service charge management for landlord-owned commercial assets.
The role supports budget planning, expenditure analysis, reconciliations, invoice management, and financial reporting relating to property and facilities costs managed through external managing agents and service providers.
