Property Paralegal

The Role

As a Property Paralegal, you will be responsible for managing predominantly commercial property files (90%), with some residential work (10%).

• Run commercial property matters end‑to‑end (sales and acquisitions)
• Manage Pexa and titles registration 
• Liaise directly with high net worth clients and stakeholders
• Manage files, settlements, and documentation
• Manage occasional residential sale/purchase files

You 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2+ years’ experience as a Property Paralegal (essential)
• Strong experience in commercial property transactions
• Confidence managing files autonomously
• Excellent client liaison and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
