About the Role
Join our dynamic Property Management team and take full operational responsibility for a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 retirement flats across the country. Your expertise will be essential in maximising rental income and delivering an exceptional tenant experience. You will also act as a vital link in the refinancing process, ensuring smooth communication with freeholders, block managing agents, and on‑site house managers.
