Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or Real Estate.Typically 5 to 7 years of experience in property or facilities management.Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification or Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certifications is advantageous.Strong stakeholder management, understanding of M&E systems, and proficiency in facilities management software.
