Job Summary
A well-established Manhattan cooperative seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations and act as the main liaison to the Board of Directors. This highly visible leadership role requires strong co-op housing experience and excellent judgment, balancing operations and resident service.
The Property Manager oversees about 20 employees: a Resident Manager/Chief Engineer, office staff, maintenance staff, front desk staff, porters, and accounting support.
