Job Description Administrative Functions
- Advise on all matters relating to the affairs of the Management Corporation Strata Title (Corporation) and its property.
- Implement all instructions, by-laws, and prescribed requirements under the Building Strata Management Act (BSMA) 2004.
- Convene, co-chair, and record minutes for Council Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EOGMs).
- Handle all enquiries, complaints, reports, and correspondence pertaining to the administration of the Corporation, its property, and Subsidiary Proprietors.
- Engage, with prior approval from the Corporation, contractors, solicitors, auditors, surveyors, architects, engineers, and other professional service providers as necessary for the proper management of the building/estate.
