Property Manager

Key Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Asset Performance - Manage the day-to-day operations of approximately 1215 retail and commercial properties
- Drive portfolio performance, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction
- Ensure company-owned assets are maintained to the highest operational standards
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement operational improvements
- Protect and enhance the long-term value of the property portfolio Tenant & Leasing Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
- Work closely with the Leasing Team to maximise occupancy and improve tenant retention
- Support lease negotiations, tenant installations, renewals, and handovers
- Resolve tenant operational matters efficiently and professionally
- Assist in implementing leasing strategies to improve portfolio performance Property Operations & Maintenance - Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio
