Property Manager

Working hours 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday (60-minute lunch break)

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our lettings business at Westcoast. With six branches spanning from Bristol to Burnham on Sea, we currently oversee the management in the excess of 1,000 properties. Our Bishopston office is seeking a motivated Property Manager to handle a portfolio of 120 properties. Beyond managing properties, this role centres on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants. You’ll provide expertise and guidance throughout the tenancy, ensuring a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of properties
• Communicate with Landlords / Tenants / Contractors regarding property maintenance works, required actions to be undertaken resolving accordingly
