Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a commercial and retail property portfolio.
• Management of approximately 110 tenants.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance, including obtaining and reviewing contractor quotations.
• Managing rent collection, arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals, options, and expiries.
• Preparing detailed client reports and ownership recommendations.
• Conducting inspections and attending onsite meetings as required.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practice.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
