We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of an affordable housing community while ensuring resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and property performance.
Responsibilities
+ Manage day-to-day property operations
+ Ensure compliance with HUD, Tax Credit, and affordable housing regulations
+ Oversee leasing, recertifications, and rent collections
+ Supervise onsite staff and vendors
+ Address resident concerns and maintain positive community relations

+ 3+ years of property management experience
+ Affordable housing experience required
+ Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, or Section 8 programs
+ Strong leadership and customer service skills
+ Yardi or property management software experience preferred
