Property Manager - 6 month FTC

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
Coordinating maintenance works and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Ensuring all properties remain legally compliant with current legislation
Managing tenancy renewals, check-ins, and check-outs
Maintaining accurate tenancy records and updating internal property management systems
Processing and organising contractor invoices
Prioritising a varied workload while meeting deadlines
Providing a professional and proactive service to clients and customers
Handling property-related queries and resolving issues effectively
