**Job Description**
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of residential properties. This role requires a blend of manual skills and technical knowledge to repair and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and building surfaces.

**Responsibilities**

+ Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and pipes, including toilets, sinks, drains, valves, and controls.
+ Unclog clogged fixtures and pipes.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical ranges, including replacing burner controls, switches, heating elements, and door handles.
+ Repair or replace electrical systems and components, such as switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, fuses, and electrical wiring.
