The Maintenance Manager forms a support structure to the Property Manager, Facilities Manager, and the Property Executive. The MM and the MA are responsible for ensuring that daily jobs generated via the customer or other staff are executed on time, to defined standards and quality. The execution of jobs must consider cost control and expenses without compromising quality and standard. The MM has a direct influence on the cost of stock and the management and correct utilization of stock. The MM should have a working understanding of the building, its technical infrastructure, and the relevant service providers who may need to be called in an emergency.
