Property Loss Adjuster

This position requires a high level of competency in handling both Residential and Commercial property loss claims for our clients and has been described as a fast-paced work environment. Our adjusters handle a variety of tasks in assisting our clients. They spend a portion of their time with clients, in the field outdoors, and a portion of their time in the office. Occasional overnight travel is required. they negotiate the clients Residential or Commercial loss with the insurance adjuster to get the highest settlement possible.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Roles and responsibilities:

• Negotiate settlements with insurance company's adjuster at loss location or by other communication
• Maximize the settlement of clients claims in order to work toward company's financial goals.
• Travel to property where loss occurred and prepare a physical count of items that were damaged.
