Property & Facilities Operations Manager

CBRE PTE. LTD. invites a diligent Building Facilities Administrator to join our Singapore team.

You will coordinate site staff rostering, oversee building and M&E maintenance, and liaise with government authorities, architects and engineers to ensure compliance and reliable operations. You will prepare repair estimates, draft contract documents, review supplier contracts, inspect common areas, prevent encroachment and maintain good rapport with tenants.
