• Support the Marketing Manager throughout the entire marketing and sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, advertising agencies, and property agents to deliver effective marketing support for the project
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for residential developments
• Help implement digital marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Liaise with vendors to develop a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, hoarding, A&P walls in the sales gallery, show unit signage, sales office branding, websites, digital and social media content, animation videos, and more
