Job Summary Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites by conducting regular inspections, ensuring statutory compliance, supervising contractors, and delivering essential customer service to residents and owners. Responsibilities Manage and maintain assigned residential property sites to ensure operational efficiency and upkeep Conduct regular inspections of property grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure high standards Ensure all building statutory requirements are met to maintain legal compliance and safety Review site conditions and recommend replacement or improvement plans to enhance property value and functionality Provide essential customer service support by addressing residents' and owners' inquiries and concerns promptly Supervise contractors' work to ensure quality, timeliness, and adherence to project specifications Perform other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned to support property management operations
