Position Overview
Title: M&E Executive
Function: Responsible for leading the M&E team to deliver a high level of Property Management services for a mixed development in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities- Overall day‑to‑day maintenance and operations of M&E systems including Electrical Installation, ACMV system, Lighting, Generator Sets, AV System, Fire Protection System, Elevators & Escalators, Telecommunication, Kitchen Exhaust System, Grease Interceptor system, Wi‑fi System, and other related equipment.
- Monitor and maintain the efficient and safe operation of all M&E & related systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all systems operate in accordance with system design and operation intent.
- Develop and monitor preventive and comprehensive maintenance plans for the systems.
