Job Description

The successful candidate will be a Property Claims Supervisor and will be working on a hybrid work setup in Edmonton, Alberta with occasional travel to other branches.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve professional’s diary worksheets, reports, workflow, and production.
• Provide technical instruction and supervision as required.
• Monitor time & expenses recording.
• Maintain up-to-date information on client expectations and Crawford standards.
• Measure performance against standard.
• Measure account compliance.
• Mentor and coach employees.
• Identify training requirements.
• Provide orientation and on the job training.
• Assist with customer relations programs.
• Follow-up on all client complaints.
