Salary Range : Open to discussion

Work Setup : Hybrid (2-3x RTO)

Shift Schedule : Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

Location : BGC, Taguig City

Responsibilities

• Review photos, videos, inspection reports, and claim documents to assess property damage.
• Prepare accurate repair and replacement cost estimates using Xactimate and other estimating tools.
• Analyze contractor estimates, invoices, and technical reports to validate repair scope and costs.
