Property Appraiser Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a qualified appraiser to undertake regular property valuations for a municipal client. This consultancy mission will involve working on-site and representing Keystone Solutions while ensuring that all real estate transactions are conducted at market-conform prices, in line with local governance regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular property appraisals, which may range from simple to more complex properties.
• Deliver approximately 60 appraisals over the course of the mission, with an average of 25 per year.
• Provide appraisal reports within 20 working days for each requested valuation, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Ensure that the quoted price is an all-inclusive fee covering administration, travel, insurance, documentation, meetings, additional studies, and any necessary adjustments to the appraisal reports.
