3 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To provide high-quality legal advice and support on a broad range of property and regeneration matters, ensuring the Council's interests are protected while facilitating the delivery of property transactions, regeneration initiatives, and development projects. The postholder will represent the Council in legal proceedings, negotiate agreements, and provide clear, practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
