Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of a local property management team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, tenant communication, lease documentation, vendor coordination, and general office support to help ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide administrative support to the property management team

+ Answer tenant inquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner

+ Prepare, file, and maintain leases, contracts, and other property-related documents

+ Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and tenants

+ Assist with rent collection, invoice processing, and recordkeeping
