About the Role

The Property Operations team provide Property and Facilities services across both Councils for the general public and for internal customer departments, using a Corporate Landlord model.

The types of buildings and the customers being served include:

• Arts centres – Cornerstone in Didcot and Beacon in Wantage.
• Council offices, providing staff accommodation and public reception service.
• Community centres
• Leisure – includes leisure facilities and outdoor swimming pools.
• Housing – hostels, houses, mobile home parks
• Public toilets
• Other land and facilities, including closed church yards

The DCL Projects Officer will work closely with colleagues in the Property Operations wider team and other departments such as the Technical Services team – responsible for car parks, flood alleviation, sewage pumps and engineering services, and Development and Property Strategy tea...
