JOB PURPOSE The Projects Foreman is responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating construction activities, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves managing site workers, subcontractors, and materials while ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary Task: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Plan and assign work to site personnel to ensure efficient project execution. Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
