Core Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media to find potential candidates who meet our job requirements.

• Resume Vetting: High-speed review of inbound applications to identify top-tier matches based on specific criteria.

• Initial Screening: Conduct high-volume, 15-minute discovery calls to verify basic qualifications, interest levels, and availability.

• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule follow-up interviews between successful candidates and Hiring Managers.

• Pipeline Management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clean and updated, ensuring every candidate receives a thank you or a next steps notification.
