About the role

• Supervise day-to-day civil works and internal finishing works on‑site for architectural and interior design projects in Islamabad.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and material deliveries to maintain schedule and workflow.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications; provide technical clarification to contractors; ensure work matches design intent.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with approved materials, workmanship standards and site safety requirements.
• Prepare and maintain site records: daily reports, progress photos, snag lists and RFIs; report progress to project managers.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve on‑site issues and implement design changes.
• Track progress against programme, identify delays, propose mitigation measures and assist in recovery planning.
