ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attend vessels for surveys, inspections, installation support, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical, automation and instrumentation systems.Support marine electrical retrofit projects, including:Electrical load analysis and load balancingProtection coordination and breaker selectivity studiesIntegration of upgraded or modified power systemsPerform troubleshooting of shipboard control, monitoring and alarm systems, including PLC based systems.Supports project related to energy efficiency and emission reduction, including:Power Management System (PMS) interfacing and optimizationEnergy monitoring, data acquisition and alarm management systemsParticipate in electrification / hybrid ready projects, such as: UPS and battery system interfaces and monitoring and alarm integration (no battery design re...
