Project Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a freelance project quantity surveyor to start immediately on a key project based in central Leeds.

This work will be carried out in a Tier 1 contracting environment and will report to a senior for an initial four‑month period, with the possibility of a longer‑term assignment depending on performance and workload.

Qualifications

• Proven track record operating at a Project QS level with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in large newbuild projects, including elements of civil works.
• Versatility to handle a range of commercial activities as required by the project.
• Comfortable with sub‑contractor procurement.
• Available for an immediate or quick start.
