Project Proposal Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle from enquiry, proposal development and tender submission through to project execution, commissioning and final handover. Prepare technical and commercial proposals, develop project costing models, evaluate commercial risks and ensure all submissions comply with contractual and technical requirements. Coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and Installation activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget. Monitor project profitability, cash flow, scope changes, variation orders and overall commercial performance while identifying opportunities to improve margins. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors by leading technical and commercial meetings and managing project communication throughout execution.
