Project Portfolio Manager - Planning & Execution

Lead and manage a portfolio of civil, infrastructure and marine construction projects in GCC contracting firms.

• Coordinate and oversee multiple concurrent projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain budgetary controls, risk management, and timely project delivery.
• Provide leadership direction to project managers and site teams, aligning execution with strategic business objectives.
• Establish KPIs, monitor progress, conduct periodic reviews, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• 15–20 years of experience in civil, infrastructure, marine, or building construction projects.
• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• PMP certification.
