Project Planning Coordinator

About the Role 

This is a full-time, office-based position (40+ hours per week) located in Great Yarmouth.

As a Project Planning Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping project execution on track by supporting planning activities, documentation, and cross-team coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure communication flows smoothly, records are accurate, and materials and parts are ordered and delivered in line with the project schedule.

This role suits someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment—someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and takes pride in doing things accurately and professionally.
