The City of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for a Project Monitor II position in the Department of Economic Development. The Project Monitor II is responsible for overseeing and monitoring Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services and Public Facility Improvement projects. Under the direction of the Director of Neighborhood Development, the position will track grants, projects, and program progress, including developing and establishing contracts that include compliant, measurable and impactful outcomes and deliverables. The Project Monitor II will maintain professional and timely communication and oversight to grant sub-recipients and their staff and provide statistical analysis, reports, mapping etc., to the Neighborhood Development Division. Additionally, this position will assist in special initiatives undertaken by the Neighborhood Development Division.
