Lead the execution of solar projects (ground-mounted) from mobilization to commissioning.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
Develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress and mitigate risks proactively.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement and design teams to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee site activities including civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works.
Lead and manage site execution teams, contractors and sub-contractors.
Allocate resources effectively across projects.
Act as the single point of contact for clients, consultants and internal stakeholders during execution.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
