Director of Business Strategy

The Director of Business Strategy acts as the ultimate gate‑keeper between commercial functions and business units to enable the delivery of the Eco‑system ambition. The Director of Commercial Strategy also leads the discovery and development of new, high‑impact strategic opportunities (e.g., Luxury, Marketing‑as‑a‑Service, Fintech).

The role is ultimately responsible for ensuring business unit strategy is aligned with HBX strategic pillars and that commercial plans adhere to elevated and consistent standards across business units, fulfilling all necessary requirements based on prioritization (products, markets, segments) and quality frameworks (e.g., actionable go‑to‑market strategies).
