Project Manager – Residential Construction – Wellington

The Role

You will take ownership of residential construction projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality standards, and delivery expectations are consistently achieved. Working closely with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, you will be expected to proactively manage project performance, maintain accountability on site, and ensure projects are delivered safely and professionally.
