Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in project management, information technology, data analytics, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading Agile delivery for data, analytics, software, technology, or digital-product teams.
• Hands-on experience with multiple delivery frameworks, including Scrum, sprint-based delivery, Kanban, and hybrid Agile approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to select and adapt delivery methods based on work type, team maturity, support demand, risk, and business priorities.
• Proven accountability for project timelines, milestones, prioritization, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams, product backlogs, or releases.
