A Titled Industrial Engineering preferred with a masters or some proof of continuous learning. From an identifiable University. 15 years to 20 years of experience. A Project Management Certification is definitely a PLUS – we would consider a candidate without this only if we don’t have candidates. Advanced communication written, spoken. Fully bilingual and bicultural. Metal mechanics experience is a plus. Teamwork (Humble, Hungry, People Smart) proven.
